The Godhead consists of two beings, the Father and His Son Jesus: John 14:28 You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.
John 17:20-21 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.
Matthew 20:23 So He said to them, “You will indeed drink My cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with; but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared by My Father.”
Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
Ephesians 1:17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
Mark 10:40 but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not Mine to give, but it is for those for whom it is prepared.”
Romans 15:6 that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Revelation 1:6 and has made us kings[a] and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 3:12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.
Editor's comment: The scriptures above make it abundantly clear that the word "oneness" refers to unity in mission and purpose. In all of apostle Paul's writings he never once included a third member (Holy Spirit) in his salutation and closings; to omit a third being would be out of the question for an apostle of Christ. The same holds true for the other writers of the New Testament. Back to top of page
Jesus was the God of the Old Testament as well as the New Testament.
1 Corinthians 10: 1-4, 9 Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, 2 all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, 3 all ate the same spiritual food, 4 and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.
9 nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents.
John 5:45-46 Do not think that I shall accuse you to the Father; there is one who accuses you—Moses, in whom you trust. 46 For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me; for he wrote about Me.
Hebrews 11:24-26 By faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, 25 choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, 26 esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he looked to the reward.
Luke 24:24-27 And certain of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just as the women had said; but Him they did not see.” 25 Then He said to them, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?” 27 And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
1 Peter 1:10-11 Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, 11 searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow.
Matthew 22:41-45 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, 42 saying, “What do you think about the Christ? Whose Son is He?” They said to Him, “ The Son of David.” 43 He said to them, “How then does David in the Spirit call Him ‘Lord,’ saying: 44 ‘ The LORD said to my Lord, “ Sit at My right hand,Till I make Your enemies Your footstool”’? 45 If David then calls Him ‘Lord,’ how is He his Son?”
John 1:18 No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
John 5:37 And the Father Himself, who sent Me, has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form.
Hebrews 7:1-3 1 For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, 2 to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all, first being translated “king of righteousness,” and then also king of Salem, meaning “king of peace,” 3 without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually.
John 1:1-14 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. 12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: 13 who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
EDT Note: The above very clearly show that Jesus, before being born into flesh, was the God of the Old Testament. Back to top of page
The following scriptures show us clearly that His word never changes:
Psalm 89:34 My covenant I will not break, Nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips.
EccIesiastes. 3:14 know that whatever God does, It shall be forever. Nothing can be added to it,And nothing taken from it. God does it, that men should fear before Him.
Psalm 111:7-8 The works of His hands are verity and justice; All His precepts are sure.
8 They stand fast forever and ever, And are done in truth and uprightness.
Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man, that He should lie,Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
Luke 21:33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
John 10:35 If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken)
Isaiah 46:9-10 Remember the former things of old, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure
Isaiah 40:8 The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.”
EDT Note: The above scriptures show clearly that Jesus, 1) was the God of the Old and New Testaments and, 2) that His word (commandments) never change, that, 3) it was his hand that wrote the Ten Commandments, and, 4) that sin is the breaking of the Law contained in the Ten Commandments, and, 5) that if one does not repent (give up old ways) of Commandment-breaking he/she is destined to suffer spiritual death, which is the second death, and, 6) it behooves those seriously seeking God and salvation to study, know and obey the Ten Commandments contained in Exodus 20 and the other commandments set down in the Old Testament. More than two thirds of future prophecy is contained in the Old Testament. Back to top of page
God's Kingdom will be established on Earth, not in Heaven.
Revelation 21:1-4 1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. 2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. 4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” Back to top of page
The Definition of sin.
1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.
EDT Note: "lawlessness" = breaking God's Law as embodied in the TEN COMMANDMENTS
(see Exodus 20).
Romans 4:15 because the law brings about wrath; for where there is no law there is no transgression.
EDT Note: Once we understand that sinning is the breaking of God's Law, we are confronted head-on with the consequences of it - spiritual death: Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
One cannot expect an answer to prayers unless he/she first
repents daily of sinning and keeps God's Commandments. The following Bible verses state this plainly:
1 John 2:3-4 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. Romans 2:13 (for not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified;
John 14:15-18 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
1 John 3:22-24 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
Matthew 19:17 So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”
1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the LORD are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the LORD is against those who do evil.”
1 John 3:4 (KJV) 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. (EDT. note: God's Law exists to judge sin; every time we sin, we break one of God's Laws. Sin unrepented of, brings certain spiritual death Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.)
Acts 5:32 And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.” (EDT. note: To "obey" is to obey God's Law and keep His Commandments.)
Isaiah 59:1 Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened,
That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear.
James 5:16 Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
Revelation 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. (Edit. note: This verse sums it up most succinctly.) Back to top of page
The Apostles kept the Holy days of God listed in Leviticus 23:1-44
The pagan "holidays" were established by the early Roman Church to placate the majority pagan population. They simply labeled the holidays as "Christian", and in doing so helped to conceal the real "Holy Days" from their followers. You may order the plainly written book, GOD'S ANNUAL HOLY DAYS FOR CHRISTIANS at no cost by clicking the following link: www.WatchAmerica.com
One of the greatest deceptions experienced by the so-called Christian church was the intentional perversion and loss of the knowledge of God’s Annual Holy Days. By the middle of the 3rd Century, the Emperor Constantine had systematically eliminated church observance of God’s Annual Holy Days and replaced them with the pagan religious holidays. A total rejection of God’s Divine instruction by the Roman church and its Protestant offspring has all but obliterated the knowledge of God’s Annual Holy Days and the requirement for true Christians to observe and celebrate each of these Seven Annual Holy Day.
This booklet clearly proves that true Christians are expected to celebrate God’s Annual Holy Days. Back to top of page

The thief on the cross, (nor anyone else), went to heaven the day he died.
The following scriptures clearly show that the thief didn't go directly to heaven, hence no one does:
Mat 12:41 (Johnah 1:17) For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Note: This scripture shows that, before Christ was resurrected, He spent three days and three nights in the grave.
One should also remember that when Mary Magdelene came to the tomb three days after His death, Jesus told her that He had not yet ascended to heaven. John 20:15-17 15 Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You have laid Him, and I will take Him away.” 16 Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which is to say, Teacher). 17 Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”
Other pertinent scriptures:
Mat 27:63 saying, “Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, ‘After three days I will rise.’
Mark 8:31 And He began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.
John 3:13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven. Note: This scripture makes it clear that If the thief had gone to heaven the day he died, he would have gone ahead of Jesus, Abraham, Jacob, David, Moses, Elijah and others.
Acts 2:34-35 “For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself:
‘ The LORD said to my Lord,
“ Sit at My right hand,
35 Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”’
To sum up, based on the above scriptures it is clear that, 1) Jesus Himself didn't go to Heaven the day He died, and that, 2) as stated in John 3:13 Jesus clearly said that no one other than Himself had ascended into heaven. This would mean that people like Abraham, Moses, Jacob, and David (the one who will be King under Christ in the government of Christ), would not have ascended into heaven. By placing the comma, as I have done, after the word "day" the below scripture says something altogether different:
Luke 23:43 And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you today, you will be with Me in Paradise.”
In ordinary conversation you will hear people say, "I tell you right now", "Mark my word today", "I tell you today." The written greek of Jesus' time did not have punctuation, so the early bible scholars placed the comma so that the meaning would accomodate their errant teachings that a person goes directly to heaven or hell when he or she dies. Again, the above scriptures expose this long-standing errant teaching.

When a sinner (Law-breaker) dies he/she does not go directly to hell, or to any place other than the grave.
Hell Does not exist.
One can cut right to the heart of this myth by reading the following scriptures:
Revelation 20:1-3 1 Then I saw an angel coming down from Heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years;
It's abundantly clear by the above scripture that the Devil will be taken out of action and imprisioned for a thousand years. That being the case, he won't be on the job keeping the fires burning, and torturing all those who supposedly have gone to hell in the past, and who will have gone to hell by and during the millennium. If the angel discussed above in Rev. 20:1-3 has the power to subdue, and put Satan out of action, it would follow that he could just as easily subdue all of Satan's demons as well.
This is the clincher that dispels the myth of hell: Revelation 20:10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. One might ask: how is a lake of fire and brimstone going to kill Satan and his demons, since they are spirit beings? The answer lies in the following scriptures:
Isaiah 14:12-16 12 “ How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, You who weakened the nations! 13 For you have said in your heart: ‘ I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God; I will also sit on the mount of the congregation On the farthest sides of the north; 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.’ 15 Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, To the lowest depths of the Pit. By the below verse 16 of the above scripture we can see that Satan is referred to as a "man," and we know that a man can be destroyed. That is excatly what God will do with Satan; He will turn him into a man (change him into human form as He did Jesus). Revelation 14:16 “ Those who see you will gaze at you, And consider you, saying: ‘ Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms.
If I can inject a little levity into the subject, we can see by this that hell (which never was) would have to be closed down, leaving all those who supposedly were sent there throughout history decidedly "unpunished" forever.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. If one were to be sent to hell for sinning and endure punishment forever, it would be necessary for that persone to be alive so that he or she could feel the punishment. This scripture, however, states it like it is: the wages (penalty) of sin is simply to be put to death - to cease to exist.
